Who We Are

We are a small family owned construction company based in western sydney. Here at Mainbuild Constructions we specialise in the commerical, industrial and retail construction projects. No two building projects are ever the same , but at Mainbuild Constructions you'll get the same level of customer service and attention to detail-every time! Why? Because we're passionate about what we do, we care innately about the quality of the work we deliver and carefully select the people we employ, and that each project is delivered on time and on budget. It is important to us that our projects are well executed and managed, and that our clients have peace of mind and a stress-free experience when working with Mainbuild Constructions.

SERVICES PROVIDED

Mainbuild Constructions will work with you to determine the most appropriate service requirement for your project. We can deliver projects on a 'Construct Only', Design & Construct' or Construction Management' basis

DESIGN AND CONSTRUCT

When we work with you on a ,Design and Construct, (D&C) project a design consultant will supply a preliminary design to Mainbuild Constructions and we will work our building designers and external consultants to complete the design and construction of the project.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

When we work with you on a 'Construction Management' contract, a fee will cover any known fixed costs (i.e. preliminaries, overheads and margin). Construction cost are then managed to an agreeded budget in an 'open book' approach. additional incentives can include a share of savings to budget as we work together and achieve the best price from sub-contractors and suppliers for the cost of work.

SERVICE STATIONS

Mainbuild Construction specialises in the petroleum retail industry. We're your One-source project solution for commerical service station New Builds, Upgrades and Knockdown Rebuilds. We also work closely with Retail Stores and Food Partners, whose outlets are associated with your Property Development Project

INDUSTRIAL UNITS

Mainbuild Constructions also specialises in industrial developments from complete design to construction. We have extensive knowledge in industrial developments we have building designers that work closely with each client to achieve the best possible outcome, whether it's a small alteration to an existing office or a complete new build Mainbuild Constructions has got it covered.
